TO SECURE PLACEMENT:
40% payment due
THREE MONTHS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL:

ONE MONTH PRIOR TO ARRIVAL:
20% payment due
If cancellation occurs one month or more before the start of the retreat, you may transfer your payment toward a future retreat or gift your spot to a friend. We’ll do everything we can to ensure a seamless transition.
If cancellation occurs less than one month before the retreat start date, you will be responsible for the full cost, and payments cannot be transferred to future retreats.
This policy is in place to cover any non-refundable expenses we’ve incurred on your behalf, as well as to account for the spot that could have been offered to someone else.
